The Four Hands photo studio uses Airtable to manage shotlists, and the related metadata for each shot. We built a custom application to automatically search Airtable for the current shot, pull relevant metadata, and set crew information in the easiest way possible.

The application not only integrates with Capture One to set metadata for the next shot, but also previews the information allowing an operator to ensure everything looks correct before proceeding.
